Premier League side, Asante Kotoko, have secured the services of Yahaya Dawuni ahead of the upcoming Premier League season.
The 19-year-old defender joined the 24-time Premier League champions from Akim Tafo Susubiribi SC and is regarded as one of the league’s most promising young players.

Yahaya, who also plays for the Black Galaxies, is the first player signed by newly-appointed coach Prosper Nartey Ogum as he prepares a team for the upcoming season.
Coach Ogum is making his second appearance in the Porcupine Warriors’ dugout, and he believes the 19-year-old’s talent will help him win the league title.
After signing the contract, the player expressed his excitement at joining the club and stated that it has always been his dream to play in front of the Porcupine Warriors’ fans.
“I feel happy to be here. Kotoko is my dream club, and I am honoured to be part of this great family, to be able to dorn the iconic red jersey and also play in front of the loyal supporters at the Baba Yara Stadium”, he said
