In a thrilling quarterfinal match at the Baba Yara Stadium on Saturday, Attram De Visser defeated PAC Academy to earn an unprecedented berth in the semifinals of the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup.
Before this match, both teams had beaten formidable Premier League opponents in the round of 16.
To set up this pivotal match, PAC Academy shocked two-time winners Medeama SC, while Attram De Visser defeated Bibiani Gold Stars.

Both teams showed great tenacity and resolve throughout the game.
Evans Sarfo scored PAC Academy’s first goal in the 63rd minute from a penalty kick.
Former Ghanaian international Godwin Attram managed Attram De Visser, who was unyielding in his pursuit of an equalizer.
Their perseverance paid off in stoppage time (90+3) when Gabriel Matumassey scored from a corner kick to send the game into a penalty shootout.
