Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has been arrested at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA). He was arrested on the evening of July 19, 2023.
The 21-year-old musician was reportedly whisked away to Accra police headquarters over a contractual breach involving a July 4 show in Greece that he failed to honor.

Blacko, as he is affectionately known, was reportedly booked to perform on a cruise ship in Greece for which he allegedly charged US$40,000 and received half of the fee.
According to reports, the artiste was arrested at Kotoka International Airport after being placed on the stop list following a complaint filed by the client.
