Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, better known by his stage name Burna Boy, is a Grammy-winning singer from Nigeria who has amassed one billion streams on the digital music streaming service Boomplay.
The accomplishment was made possible by the release of his seventh studio album, “I Told Them.”
According to a review of his Boomplay account by CHRONIXX LIVE, the musician has gathered over a billion streams there.

The biggest digital music streaming service in Africa is called Boomplay. It first debuted in 2015.
With more than 600,000 fans, Burna Boy is the musician who is most followed on the site.
