Contemporary Ghanaian gospel artist, Joyce Blessing has expressed her admiration for her colleague Highlife singer, Akwaboah, sharing her love for his music and revealing that she frequently streams his songs.
She claims to be the biggest streamer of the “Try Me” hitmaker and to love every song that comes from his camp. Joyce said that she thinks nothing is wrong with Kuami Eugune’s music and that she enjoys it.

The “Victory” hitmaker said this in an interview with Hitz FM’s Doreen Avio on Daybreak Hitz, in response to the criticism she had gotten regarding Kuami Eugene writing a song for her.
Joyce Blessing went on to say that she does not see anything wrong with a secular artist writing a song for a gospel performer, even suggesting that such a cooperation is a privilege.
”For me I see nothing wrong with that. When someone does circular music it doesn’t mean the person does not go to church. Are songs from Akwaboah bad? I love Akwaboah’s songs, in fact I always stream his songs and I am part of the reason why he has a high number of streams. Same As Kuami Eugene, I love his songs.”
