Wisdom Obeng Nyarko, often known as Mr. WON, the manager of prominent Ghanaian catering firm Menscook, has clarified a frequent misperception regarding the company’s clients.
During an appearance on Joy Learning TV and Joy News’ The Career Trail, Mr. WON highlighted that, while every brand inherently targets a part of the market, Menscook is not an exclusive service for the wealthy.
“Of course, every brand is positioned to target a certain kind of people. But the misconception is that we are overly expensive and unaffordable. That is not true,” he stressed.
Mr. WON stated that the Menscook team takes the time to engage clients in detail regarding their events, with an emphasis on understanding their preferences and budget. This enables them to create adaptable packages that meet a variety of financial needs.
“Whenever you have an event, feel free to talk to us. We’re always open for conversations. Our packages start from as low as GH₵200 per head,” he said. “So depending on the type of event you’re hosting, we’re ready to tailor a package that suits your budget.”
He highlighted that the company’s doors are open to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic position, and advised customers not to be put off by misleading pricing assumptions.
“We are not targeted towards the elite. We welcome conversations with anyone planning an event, and we are committed to providing quality catering solutions for all,” Mr. WON concluded.
