The former Ajax winger made his mark in the 19th minute when he exhibited acrobatic finesse, meeting a Michail Antonio cross with a flying volley.

Kudus’s stunning goal, however, couldn’t secure a victory for West Ham, as they ultimately lost 3-2 to Brentford. This defeat extended their winless run in the Premier League.
Despite the team’s overall performance, Kudus has been a shining star for the Hammers, with two goals in consecutive games. His spectacular goal in a midweek clash against Arsenal propelled West Ham into the quarter-finals to face Liverpool in the next round of competition.
