Pharrell Williams has been named Creative Director of Louis Vuitton Men

Pharrell Williams, an American record producer, rapper, singer, songwriter, and fashion designer, has been named the new Louis Vuitton Men’s Creative Director.

Williams will be the second Black American designer to lead the French luxury house. He succeeds the late Virgil Abloh, who became the first Black American designer to hold the position in March 2018.

Williams’ new role was announced on the official Louis Vuitton Instagram page by Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton.
