Adina Thembi Ndamse, an award-winning musician from Ghana, has counseled her fellow artists to surround themselves with the best people possible, saying that this is the only way for them to thrive in their careers.
The ‘Why’ hitmaker said this during a conversation with Caroline Sampson on Thursday, September 14, 2023 on Asaase Cafe. She claimed that the group you select as an artist has the power to propel you to the top.

She said that, “In choosing a team, make sure you make the right choice because those people will make or break you. They have the capacity to take you as far as you want to go. So be careful with it and make sure you make the right choice.”
However, the singer-songwriter noted that if one’s existing team isn’t accomplishing their goals, they are free to replace them.
“Don’t be too hard on yourself if you realise you made a mistake in choosing your team. We are humans; we make mistakes, but make sure to move on from your mistakes,” she hammered.
