Messi was running down the field when Sergio Busquets spotted him, and the Argentinean helped Jordi Alba score Inter Miami’s second goal of the game on Sunday. The 36-year-old striker spotted his former teammate from Barcelona running down the left wing, and the 34-year-old Spaniard finished with precision.

The trio of ex-Barcelona colleagues worked together beautifully Sunday night to give the Herons a double-digit advantage. Alba scored for the second time since moving to South Beach, but it was his first in an MLS league game.

The goal gave Inter Miami a magnificent 3-1 victory over the MLS Cup Champions on Sunday.
